- Research has found numerous therapeutic benefits, including treatment for chronic migraine and cluster headaches. Source
- The addiction rate of cannabis (9%) is less than alcohol (15%), tobacco (32%), and many prescription drugs. Source
- States with legal cannabis have lower opioid overdose rates than states with cannabis prohibition. Source
- Overall states that legalized cannabis found that crime rates and impaired driving decreased after legalization. Source
